As we all now, new born babies are so fragile. They need lots of caring. One of the questions that a first time moms is how or when they should bath their new borns?
When i gave birth almost two years ago, I was also asking some people specially my mom when is the right time to bathe my baby? I got the answer that we can bathe them every other day. We just have to make sure that the temperature of the water isn’t too cold nor too hot. A temperature of about 35degrees is enough. Aside from that a good time to bathe them is on the morning at about 9am.
In bathing we should also look for the mildest soap for their skin. In that way it will not harm the skin of the fragile baby. We should also take care of their ears while bathing. Never let water enter into the ears. Don’t rub too much on their skin it might harm them. Also we should not over bathe them cause it might result to flu or other illness. And of course hold the babies too tight and don’t let them slip into the tub.
Hope this helps to other moms who has problem in bathing their new born.
