Giving names to our baby is one of the challenging part. In fact, there were some parents who thinks of baby names even before they started to conceive.

There are different ways we name our baby. There are some who goes into traditional like adding Maria to a baby girls name followed by the name of a relative or Junior for a baby boy. Another traditional way is using one or more names combined for example the mother is Mary and the father is Joseph they named the child Jomar.

Some parents patterned the names to their favorite saints or any Biblical character like Job or Isiah. While some use baby name dictionary and look for a name that has a beautiful meaning may it be regarding the character or anything.

While some change the spelling of the names to make it more unique. Like adding the letter h or making the vowel i to y. Anyways, it does not really matter as long as it will not give your baby hard time spelling and remembering his name. So think of a good name.

Deciding to be a SAHM or stay-at-home-mother is not that easy. Specially if you have a very rewarding career before you get pregnant. Since you will leave all the perks of having a career like promotion, salary increase, bonus etc. But it does not mean that being a SAHM does not as rewarding as your previous or current career. It might be the most rewarding experience to any woman. Since being a SAHM is not that easy. Imagine all the works and duties you are about to do inside your home plus a baby that you need to take care and mold as a good citizen. I know that all parents don’t want their child to be sick. Just like me, if only it is possible I don’t want my toddler get sick. Even minor sickness is something I don’t want her to have but since sickness is inevitable all we could do is to boost their immune system.

Having a sick baby or toddler isn’t really easy to take care. They were too sensitive and wants to be at your side always.-This is something hard for working moms specially to those who can’t easily have a day off. It will also get harder when your baby is the type who does not want to take medicines. So what leaves you is to find ways how she can take the medicines. The most common thing I do is to mix the medicines with her milk or food. In this way she will not notice that she’s taking her medicines. Though I am not sure if it is advisable but my baby gets well still. While some forced their baby to drink the medicines which I don’t want to do.

The common reasons why baby cries are: they are hungry, the nappies maybe wet or needs to be changed, they are hurt or sick or something’s bothering them, maybe they want you to be near them or simply they want to get your attention. Actually it is not that hard to master the different cries of our baby if we only give them enough attention. Healthy Kid Drinks

Water is always a great bet for healthy drinking. Make sure your kid drinks plently of this daily.
If you want to treat them to something sweet, there are healthy choices as well. First of all, do not go for those sugary drinks. Stick to 100% juice such as Mott’s or Welch’s. Do not go for the juice cocktails as well. It is a good idea to dilute these a bit so they are not getting a lot of sugar, even it is derived from fruit. Fruitables is a good brand because they combine both fruit and vegetable in a great tasting combination that is a full serving of fruits and veggies. It also tastes great. If they are into veggies, then V8 is always a good bet, just don’t get the spicy one, unless they like it. Try the low-sodium kind and see if they like it as this is better for them. Even the regular one is a good source of vegetables as it is a full serving of them. Chocolate milk is always healthy too, but dilute it with 2% milk.
