Child’ Health is related to human health

Childs’s health is the most important aspect of human health. Just like his very being, a child’s heath is pristine and should be taken care of with immense sincerity and carefulness. A balanced diet becomes a necessity to avoid stunted growth, carbohydrates in the requisite proportion and adequate amount of vitamins and minerals are an absolute requirement. Junk food often leads to obesity in children which besides increasing the weight- gaining tendency often harms their overall personality. Obesity leads to lack of flexibility and ultimately slothfulness. It alienates them from their peers who often taunt them and jeer at them.

Also, maintaining a proper diet chart helps, and a vaccination record must be maintained. If timely vaccination is not done, diseases like chicken pox attack them and they miss out on school and other routine activities. Outdoor games help in enhancing lung-capacity and help them to inhale fresh air.

Children mature into adults and so it is a must to ensure their all round development so that they grow into healthy adults with healthy habits.
