Dealing with your teen’s issues might not be the easiest thing to do, especially if you don’t know what you are doing. There are a few key things to keep in mind when dealing with those problems.
It is very important that you listen to everything they have to say, and make them feel like you are always there to listen to them if they happened to have any problems. Never ignore them. Problems are generally easier to deal with if they are still small, so listen to what they have to say and be completely open minded, regardless of the issue.
Problems don’t just go away, they just escalate.

Ways of identifying if you teenager has problems:
• He/she has lost a significant amount of weight
• They lack in motivation
• Low self-esteem
• He/she is having a hard time sleeping at night
• Lack of care about on goings
• Lower grades
• Decreased concentration levels
• Getting in trouble at school

There is always a reason to everything, so be ready to listen to what your teenagers have to say. We were all once teenagers, you might have forgotten a few things, that is why you have resources you can view on the web and books at local libraries.
